A study of the social teachings of the Church, beginning with the foundations of the Bible and the early Church, but with a focus on modern Catholic social thought of the past 100 years. The aim of the course is to highlight the distinctive principles of Catholic social teaching and to reflect on current critical issues in the light of those principles.
