Fall 2026 courses being offered:

  • TH516 TRINITY/CHRISTOLOGY (MAM/MTS Core)

This course leads students toward a deeper understanding of the mystery of the Triune God and of Jesus Christ, through reflection upon Revelation (Scripture and Tradition) and Church teaching, and with the use of reason. Study of the three Persons of the Blessed Trinity opens a rich theological dialogue on related topics such as creation, kenosis, liturgy, ecclesiology, iconography, and the Mother of God. Students are invited to reflect on our course topics in relation to evangelization and to the art of ministry.

This class will meet in person at Saint John’s Hall.

    Instructor: Dr. Tumeinski
    Schedule: Alternating Saturdays, 8:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m.

  • MT500 MORAL THEOLOGY (MAM/MTS Core)

This course invites students to explore the foundational sources, principles, virtues, concepts, and domains of Catholic moral theology. Following Christ—indeed, friendship with Jesus—is the essential foundation of the moral life for the disciple, family, and Church. Our study of moral theology brings together faith and reason, with an examination of Scripture and Sacred Tradition while responding to the demands of reason. Students are invited to reflect on our course topics in relation to the power of bearing moral witness for evangelization and to the centrality of moral law in the exercise of ministry.

This course is a hybrid course of alternating in-person sessions at Our Lady Help of Christians Parish Center and online meetings using the Canvas learning platform.
